Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Reports To: VP - Development & Facilities
Location: Jacksonville, TX
Travel: Required
Basic Function: Diagnosing and correcting equipment malfunctions, performing scheduled maintenance on assigned equipment, and performing any routine maintenance tasks as assigned.
Job Specifications: High School Diploma. EPA license. Requires 3-year general maintenance experience with an aptitude for learning and performing electrical installation, repairs to hot equipment, refrigeration, and HVAC. Must be able to work as a team member and present a professional image while performing job duties with a minimum of disruption to customers or fellow employees. Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.
External Contacts: Frequent contact with vendors regarding parts or supplies; frequent incidental contact with customers while performing job duties.
Internal Contacts: Frequent contact with Director of Construction & Facilities in performing maintenance duties.
Decision Making Responsibilities: Tasks are assigned by supervisor. Follows established policies and procedures.
Consequence of Errors: Damaged or non-functional equipment, dissatisfied customers, loss of revenue.
Exposure to Confidential Information: Access to confidential information is limited.
Key Activities:
- Performs various maintenance duties to include light electrical and light plumbing.
- Performs maintenance duties in adherence to local building codes
- Reports needs for any major repairs to Director of Construction & Facilities.
- Performs preventive maintenance of restaurant equipment, air conditioning, and heating equipment.
- Responsible for personal work vehicle and tools required to perform tasks (Company will provide appropriate fuel allowance).

JOB TITLE: SENIOR SIGN ELECTRICIAN
LOCATION: JACKSONVILLE, TX
TRAVEL: REQUIRED
The Electrical Lighting and Sign Technician maintains and repairs all lighting associated with the exterior and interior of all restaurants including building lights, site lighting, and signage. Orders necessary parts and materials and coordinates the renting of outside equipment. Maintains truck stock on service truck as well as assures regular service of truck.
Required:
- Requires two (2) to four (4) years related electrical experience and sign repair
- Current Journeyman Sign Electrician license required
- Welding experience an asset.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required with some college or trade school preferred
- Proficiency in the use of word processing and spreadsheet software is preferred
- Must be able to troubleshoot and repair any problem with signs up to and including wiring or breaker issues
- Heavy lifting, physically demanding, and working in a bucket truck required.
- Be willing to travel, work nights, weekends, and overtime
- Need to be willing to relocate if you reside outside of the radius of home office. This will be discussed in interview
